A smocked neckline adorned with delicate floral embroidery accents this vintage-inspired dress, crafted from our soft swiss dot textured fabric. Coordinating bloomers included with sizes 12M–2Y.

    My granddaughter already has this dress in the ivory and it is so gorgeous we wanted this color for her as well. It is so gorgeous and well made and she loves it!
