September is here, bringing cooler mornings, cozy layers, and the first signs of fall. We're settling into a new season filled with simple traditions, time spent together, and little moments worth remembering.
This monthly note is our space to pause, share a few favorites from our community, look ahead at what's to come, and offer a little inspiration for the month ahead.
A Look Back at August
August welcomed the start of a new season at Quincy Mae. We introduced new Autumn Winter '26 favorites, celebrated playful seasonal moments, and loved seeing our community begin to embrace all things fall. Thank you for bringing Quincy Mae along for these everyday moments—we're so excited for everything September has in store.

DIY Leaf Rubbings
Celebrate the changing season with a simple nature-inspired craft little ones can help create.
You'll Need:
- Freshly fallen leaves in different shapes and sizes
- White or kraft paper
- Crayons with the wrappers removed
- A flat surface
Instructions:
- Head outside together and collect a few favorite fall leaves.
- Place a leaf vein-side up on a flat surface.
- Lay your paper over the leaf.
- Gently rub the side of a crayon across the paper to reveal the leaf's shape and details.
- Repeat with different leaves and colors to create your own autumn artwork.
- Hang your finished pieces at home or turn them into cards for someone special.
- A simple way to slow down, explore outside, and celebrate the little signs of a new season.
