Rylee + Cru, a leading San Diego-based children's apparel brand, is thrilled to announce the opening of its first-ever flagship retail store in Carlsbad. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering venture in our brand's history and join our team as our Retail Store Manager. The grand opening is scheduled for November 1st.
Summary:
As the store manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience at our flagship store. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high operational and organizational standards, training new staff, and creating a welcoming store environment for customers and staff members. You will also be responsible for administrative duties, monitoring inventory levels, and placing new orders as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies to meet sales goals and improve store performance.
Our ideal candidate should be motivated by customer satisfaction, passionate about our brands, and love the children's apparel industry! Excellent communication and leadership skills, along with interpersonal de-escalation and problem-solving abilities, are a must.
