Whimsical and playful, our Poppy Tutu features flower embroidered tulle and beautiful feathered sleeves. Designed with a smocked back bodice, a soft jersey liner, and adjustable straps for comfort and easy wear. Bottom snaps included in sizes 3M - 4Y.

Featuring our 'ivory' hue - this neutral hue is perfect for every occasion.

Care: Hand wash cold. Lay flat to dry.

Tulle: 100% polyester. Lining: 100% cotton jersey.
