Whimsical and playful, our Poppy Tutu features flower embroidered tulle and beautiful feathered sleeves. Designed with a smocked back bodice, a soft jersey liner, and adjustable straps for comfort and easy wear. Bottom snaps included in sizes 3M - 4Y.

Featuring our 'blush' hue - welcome spring in this light and delicate pink.
