This dreamy midi-length dress is crafted from flocked dotted tulle and features a four-tiered skirt made for twirling, full puffed sleeves, and a delicate button-back closure. Coordinating bloomers included with sizes 12M–2Y.

Care: Machine wash cold. Lay flat to dry.

I love this dress, and it is proportioned well—not too short, not too wide. The size 4 fits my 5 year old perfectly. I still gave this 5 stars since it’s gorgeous, but it is not blue. It’s not the color pictured at all. It is a true grey color with no hint of blue. I’m photographing my girls in it and love black and white photos so that’s probably what I’ll print, so I’m keeping it, but I would have preferred it blue and the picture should reflect the color more accurately. I would order this dress again in more colors, especially white or pink!
