Noralee returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. As these are special occasion items, we want to ensure that we only send customers new and unworn items. Returns for refunds are not accepted.

Additionally, all our factories are certified by either BCI or BSCI, which aim to improve cotton production globally by addressing its negative impacts.
