Do my points expire?
Yes, points last for 12 months from the date issued. You just use them within 1 year of the receipt of your points for them to be redeemed.
Can I retroactively apply codes to an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply your points to an order already placed. Please always sign in and access your points prior to placing an order.
I had Smile points, did those all migrate over?
Yes! You don't have to do anything. Whatever existing Smile points you had before have been ported over here in the new ratio to points in our updated loyalty system.

Yes, all points expire after 12 months of issuance. Make sure to check on your balance and always use your points within the 1 year window.
