This dreamy midi-length dress is crafted from flocked dotted tulle and features a four-tiered skirt made for twirling, full puffed sleeves, and a delicate button-back closure. Coordinating bloomers included with size 2Y.

Featuring our 'bows' print on our 'ivory' hue.

Care: Machine wash cold. Lay flat to dry.
