i ordered a large, which fits perfectly right / could maybe even go a size up. i am 5’6” and am about 170 pounds. they are very soft and am glad it has a zipper rather than buttons to close the pants. color is a cream rather than stark white which is great for wear in seasons besides summer! overall very pleased
